Your Information Belongs To You
In our partnership with Kajabi and other web services, we carefully analyze what types of information we need to provide our services, and we try to limit the information we collect to only what we really need. Where possible, we delete or anonymize this information when we no longer need it. When building and improving our products, our engineers work closely with our privacy and security teams to build with privacy in mind. In all of this work our guiding principle is that your information belongs to you, and we aim to only use your information to your benefit.

We Protect Your Information From Others 
If a third party requests your personal information, we will refuse to share it unless you give us permission or we are legally required. When we are legally required to share your personal information, we will tell you in advance, unless we are legally forbidden.

We Help Merchants and Partners Meet Their Privacy Obligation
As a small merchant, we do not have the benefit of a dedicated privacy team, and it is important to us to meet our privacy obligations. In partnering with Kajabi, we are able to build our products and services so they can easily be used in a privacy-friendly way

Why We Process Your Information   
We generally process your information when we need to do so to fulfill a contractual obligation (for example, to process your course or subscription payments), or where we or someone we work with needs to use your personal information for a reason related to our business (for example, to provide you with a service). Data Security   
Kajabi takes commercially reasonable steps to protect the personal information provided via the Platform from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. including but not limited to encryption in transit and at rest, role based access controls, strong authentication requirements, and active monitoring of all information shared. However, not all Internet or e-mail transmissions are fully secure or error free. In particular, e-mail or forms sent to or from this Platform may not be fully secure in transit. Therefore, you should take special care in deciding what information you send to us via e-mail or through a form. Please keep this in mind when disclosing any personal information to Kajabi via the Internet. Your Manifestation 10X account, as hosted by Kajabi, personal information is protected by a password and, in some scenarios, we may offer Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) for your privacy and security.

You are responsible for protecting against unauthorized access to your account and personal information by selecting and protecting your password appropriately and limiting access to your computer and browser by signing off after you have finished accessing your account. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Platform.

Third Party Websites and Links 
Our Site may provide links to websites or other online platforms operated by third parties. If you follow links to sites not affiliated or controlled by us, you should review their privacy and security policies and other terms and conditions. We do not guarantee and are not responsible for the privacy or security of such sites, including the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of information found on these sites. Information you provide on public or semi-public venues, including information you share on third-party social networking platforms may also be viewable by other users of the Services and/or users of those third-party platforms without limitation as to its use by us or by a third party. Children's Data
Users of our Platform must be at least 18 years old; any user under 18 is not authorized. Our Platform is not targeted to children under age 18. Additionally, we do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 18 years of age.

If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 18 has provided personal information to Manifestation 10X or to Kajabi through this Platform, please contact us, and we will endeavor to delete that information from our databases.

As of the Effective Date of this Privacy Policy, we do not have actual knowledge that we "share" or "sell" (as those terms are defined in applicable law) personal information of individuals under 18 years of age.
